How does a Jaw crusher work?

The working principle of Jaw Crusher is to utilize the relative motion between two jaw plates (movable jaw and static jaw) to crush materials. When the movable jaw plate is close to the static jaw plate, the material is crushed by various forces such as extrusion, splitting and bending; when the movable jaw plate leaves the static jaw plate, the crushed material will be discharged from the discharge port under the force of gravity. This working principle makes the jaw crusher can complete the crushing operation efficiently.
