Bean Dregs Dryer
The bean dregs is the residue produced in the processing of soybean products, which is rich in crude protein, fiber and other nutrients, and has high value in the feed industry. However, the soybean dregs have high moisture content and high viscosity, which can cause environmental pollution if not treated in time. According to the characteristics of bean curd dregs, we have designed a complete set of soybean dregs drying system, which can reduce the moisture content of bean dregs from 55%-60% to about 13%. The soybean dregs can be turned into treasure with the help of double processes of high-efficiency filter pressing and thermal drying.

Bean Residues Dryer Working Principle
1. The system adopts special heat source and heat preservation system to effectively reduce energy consumption.
2. The rotary dryer has a unique sealing structure and is equipped with a perfect dust removal device to prevent dust from overflowing.
3. The operating parameters can be changed according to the properties of different materials (moisture, ash content, particle size composition), so that the materials can form a stable full-broken curtain in the drying cylinder, and the quality and heat exchange are more sufficient.
4. The whole drying system adopts centralized electrical control, which has a high degree of automation and is easy to operate.
5. The rotary dryer can be connected with subsequent sections such as crushing, mixing, pelletizing, and packaging to produce feed pellets.
