How does a Vibrating Screen work?
The working principle of vibrating screen is mainly based on the excitation force of vibrating motor. When the vibrating motor starts, it generates periodic excitation force, which makes the screen body produce continuous vibration on the elastic support. After the material enters the screen body from the inlet, it is subjected to the action of vibration force and makes continuous jumping and tumbling movement on the screen surface. Different particle size materials on the screen surface of different trajectories, fine-grained materials fall through the screen, coarse-grained materials continue to move forward along the screen surface, and ultimately realize the screening and classification of materials.
